Terms & Conditions

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If the client needs to cancel or reschedule the photography session, they must provide as much notice as possible prior to the scheduled session. Canceling with less than 48 hours notice of your scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Should you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged. Any scheduling of sessions will be subject to My Personal Paparazzi’s availability.

Fees:

​

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon purchasing a session or subscription. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours of the scheduled photography session. All fees are paid via direct deposit to hello@mypersonalpaparazzi.ca.

For photography sessions that require travel outside of Sherwood Park, there will be a travel fee of $20 for travel up-to 45 minutes and $30 for travel up-to 60 minutes. Should you request a location outside of 60 minutes travel, a fee will be discussed based on this location.

Quality of Services:

​

My Personal Paparazzi provides photography services using an iPhone (current model is iPhone 12 Pro). These services differ from traditional professional photography, which typically involves the use of professional-grade cameras and equipment. While My Personal Paparazzi aims to deliver high-quality images, the photos will have the aesthetic and technical qualities characteristic of iPhone photography. This includes, but is not limited to, aspects such as resolution, depth of field, and dynamic range.
